Unchin foundation is a section 8 non -profit company established in 14th September 2021. At Unchin foundation, our commitment lies in transforming the lives of farmers and rural communities through an innovative centric Agro-Food Industrial Cluster approach focusing on enhancing productivity, profitability, postharvest, processing, packaging, logistics, branding and marketing activities of high protein rice and its co-products and by-products etc.
Our vision is to inculcate and foster the development of farmers and provide them the best of growth and development opportunities by providing them with proper irrigation facilities, by introducing modern equipments, quality seeds and storage facilities and also by inculcating proper training opportunities by our expert team.
Our organisation was born out of a commitment to stop passing over of the real issues of the society and to deal with them head on. So the focus of the organisation shall always be to achieve the vision of the foundation. Thereby intrinsically focussing on the increase in production and income generation of the congenital farmers. And strive to encourage the farmers to reach their full potential and lead a life with dignity and make meaningful contribution to the society.

To protect and rehabilitee natural landscapes through promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
To create job opportunities for local communities.
To create economic and social impact in the region by enhancing the marketability of the products.
To achieve food and nutritional security through promoting production and processing of nutritional rich Argo and food products.
To equip the farmers of the associated clusters with improved skills and capabilities through training and exposure visits.
To impart entrepreneurship and skill development training to rural youth ,SHGs, FPOs and MSMEs
